Day 35 and 36 with Ruby and Rocket

Happy Mother’s Day to all of you!
Well the last couple of days have been challenging with lots of traffic!
The Sherwood Forrest RV Park in Palm Harbor was a nice little park with a view of a big pond with 1 black swan.  It’s very green here and I know there’s water somewhere but too pooped to explore.

Left Palm Harbor for Osprey, Florida via Tampa and lots of traffic. Drove by the Tampa International Airport.  Arrived at the Oscar Scherer State Park which is a pretty state park with lots of families. A great place for camping and there’s a little lake, playground stuff, etc. There’s a small river that winds through the park with lots of foliage, hanging moss and trees.  You’d think you were on the jungle cruise or Pirates of the Carribean.  Bill and I went on a walk last night (I forgot my camera so you'll have to look at his blog for pics) and I said, since we've seen this, we wouldn’t have to go to Disney World but that didn’t fly!
Got to watch the Derby!
We’re off to Fort Meyers Beach today and the Paradise Island RV Park.  All I’ve got to say is that it better be Paradise and bug free! May drink my Korbel Champagne and dream of the wine country!
Hope your day is special! Miss you all.
