I had a pretty drive from Kittyhawk NC and crossed in to Virginia on my way to Davis Lake. Lots of trees and farm country. Davis Lake is very pretty with 3 lakes together. Looks like permanent RVs surround all 3 lakes. Duncan and I went on a nice walk and scouted the lakes. See below -
Bill arrived and it was cool enough to sit outside and have a BBQ. We’ve made a little adjustment to our schedule for today. We’ll be heading to the KOA in Richmond instead of Amelia. The mileage wasn’t correct and it took us too far off the bicycle map.
Oh I forgot to mention that we saw your twin, Brad, at the Black Pelican in Kittyhawk. Also a big Happy Birthday to Debbie and Suzanne. (thanks to Deanna’s calendar!) Hope you all have one for me!
I have to do a little business this morning. Earl from Cherry Hill called back about our awning and I'm hoping he can get it in so it can be installed on Friday. Also have to make some adjustments in reservations while we're in Jackson Hole so we can stay longer. Busy morning!!
So we’re off to Richmond, VA – Yippee!!!
